Private Parties at Chantilly Tea Room
Our Parlor Room sits up to approximately 47 guests and is decorated with wooden floors, muted floral colors, is filled with antiques and features an antique mantel fireplace. Our Bayberry Room can accommodate up to 10 people on an antique oval table with a bay window looking out into our Secret Garden patio with a running waterfall and flowers. The Rose Room sits up to 23 guests and is decorated with a rose motif. Fresh and cheerful, this is the perfect place to celebrate a special event. We have several scrumptious afternoon teas available as menu choices for your event. Please go to our menu page to select which tea best suits your preference.
Thank you for considering Chantilly Tea Room for your special event. Please review the following policies and suggestions that are intended to insure that your visit with us be a delightful experience for you and your guests.
Hostesses will be required to provide 25% deposit at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. This deposit is refundable up until the cancellation date. Should it become necessary to cancel your celebration after that date, the deposit is forfeited. The final head count is due the day prior by 6pm (Tue-Sat.). Should the head count be less on the day of the party, you will still be charged for the final head count as given on the previous day or earlier. The balance of the bill is due upon completion of the party.
Our tables are antique and cannot be moved thus seating arrangements are based upon table and group size. The serving tiers are prepared in the kitchen based on the tables as they are set. Adding to tables or moving tables may result in confusion when serving. We are unable to cut or serve cakes that are not purchased from a commercial bakery. If you do bring in a bakery cake, there is a $1.50 per person cutting and plating fee. Cupcakes are not allowed.
