Dainty and bite-sized, tea sandwiches are an essential and tasty component of an afternoon tea.  These simple to fancy finger sandwiches may take many different forms, but they should always be easy to handle and capable of being eaten in two or three bites.  In this class, participants will be preparing various fillings and then assembling the tea sandwiches we will enjoy during our afternoon tea portion of the day.  Bring an apron.  $65/pp includes the class, handouts, and the 2-course afternoon tea served with wine.
